A walk along this trail first thing this morning produced a nice variety of
birds which included (8) species of warblers; ( black & white, common
yellowthroat, pine, Bay breasted, redstart, black throated blue, parula and
cape May). Other notable sightings included brown headed, white breasted
and red breasted nuthatches, numerous brown thrashers, both yellow billed
and black billed cuckoos, red headed woodpecker, Philadelphia vireo and
Baltimore Orioles.
