While birding with Bob Abrams & Joan Boudreau this afternoon, we (Bob saw them
first) came across 2 LOGGERHEAD SHRIKES that appeared to be paired-up. There is
excellent habitat in the area and we found what could be a nest from last year
nearby, so we'll keep an eye on that spot.
Later, Bob pointed out a single RED-HEADED WP on a road we rarely use, but is
perfect habitat for a nest, so I assume they'll breed there - also another spot
to check.
Of the 6 Clarke Co. RTHA nests we checked today, only 1 had a bird on it.
