Well, here they are. Male and female Common Goldeneye, and a female
Hooded Merganser (there were about twenty mergansers swimming there along
with a handful of Mallards and several Ring-billed Gulls.

Unfortunately, my long lens is in for repair, so I had to crop these
images fairly extensively to get close-ups.
Lake Cook is off Eisenhower Avenue in Alexandria, on the right just
before you get to the amusement area when heading west).
