[VA-bird] Common Mergansers and several Lesser Scaup Lake Pelham Culpeper VA

We saw several large rafts of Common Mergansers (aprox. 50 total) on Lake
Pelham just south of Culpeper, VA. We were attracted by a large number of
gulls on the water and flying over the water. Also about 10 Lesser Scaup.
