I walked the Sky Meadows Bridle Trail for the first time, starting around
1:30. Best bird was probably a single female Common Yellowthroat, hopping
around the fence where the trail splits for the first time after leaving
the parking lot. No idea how common November sightings for this bird are
round here.
Saw either one Raven twice, or two different Ravens flying over at
different points on the trail. Also had at least two big flocks of Swans
fly over, calling. Not much in the way of sparrows, though I did have a
Savannah singing. Overall, though, it was a good day despite the rain.
