Fifteen birders joined the NVBC walk at Meadowood this morning. It was a
beautiful morning with bright sunshine and little wind although the wind
began to pick up about 10:30. The best bird was a CONNECTICUT WARBLER
found by Linda Chittum and seen by everyone along the Wood Thrush Loop on
the edge of Hidden Pond meadow. The location was about 100 yards short of
the intersection of Wood Thrush Loop and Coyote Trail. Other birds of
interest included a Blue-headed Vireo, a Pine Warbler and several Palm
Warblers. The complete list follows.
