Today was a typical migration day for me at the Cub Run woods near the Rec
Center in western Fairfax County: low species count, just one or two goodies.
Today's highlights were a male-female pair of Bay-Breasted Warblers foraging
together, and a female Scarlet Tanager. I seldom see Tanagers at this location
despite being ideal habitat for them, so that was a welcome sight.
