[Va-bird] Dickcissel, Red House Rd., Gladys

Thanks to Rexanne Bruno's good directions to the Dickcissel, I found it easily 
this afternoon about 1:45 at the corner of Red House Road and Nowlin's Mill Rd. 
 He was sitting on the wire directly across from Nowlin's Mill Rd..  I also 
heard the Horned Larks but never saw them.
