Since 10/14, I've been hosting a banded adult female Selasphorus
hummingbird here at my house on Smith Grove Rd. in Dinwiddie County. It
appears that she has left. I'm not exactly sure when she left but I
last saw the bird on 12/15. Due to circumstances, the bird was never
firmly identified and the information from the band number was never
attained. It was fun having her around. Happy Holidays to all and good
birding.
