[Va-bird] Duped by a phoebe

Update on the phoebe I reported on a nest on 3/20. Although she was doing all
the right things for having started incubation, I checked the next morning and
there were no eggs in the nest. Now several days later the nest is still
empty. Tricky little phoebe.
