[Va-bird] Dutch Gap Vultures

As part of an collaborative effort to better understand the dynamics of
the Black Vultures roosting at Dutch Gap; 100 birds were trapped, tagged
with orange wing markers bearing a unique 3 digit code and released.
Should you see a tagged vulture please assist in our efforts by
