This morning 15 people braved the heat and humidity to participate in the
weekly walk at Dyke Marsh. The challenge this morning was terrible lighting
condition over the water, which made the identification of over 100 gulls (sp)
that were sitting on the sandbar practically impossible. I only listed the
gulls that we could ID. After the walk I went to the bridge at Hunting Creek
in hopes of a better view of the sandbar, but no luck. Below is the total
list of birds for the walk, followed by a list of what I saw in the Hunting
Creek mudflats.
