Done w. work - still low tide-ish - so I decided to see if maybe there
were still Pipits around. Met up w. Dave Boltz -no Pipits, but we were
rewarded w. a lone CASPIAN TERN mixed in w. ~ 200 RB GULLS, a few
HERRING GULLS, and 1 GBB GULL.
Mudflats also yielded up 5 KILLDEER and 1 WILSON'S SNIPE - first snipe
I have seen from the bridge. Lots of swallows, but only the blue and
white kind...and a few REDBREASTED MERGANSERS.
