[Va-bird] Eared grebe

It's been a while ago, but a Roanoke Valley Bird Club member saw an eared grebe 
at Greenfield in Botetourt County on October 25.  We get horned grebes 
relatively often here, but almost never get eared.  She has pictures if anyone 
wants to see them.
