[Va-bird] Eurasian Wigeon, Rockingham Co - Lake Campbell - still present after 5PM today

The bird, found and reported this morning by "Zig", Charles Ziegenfus, and the 
JMU Ornithology class, was still there after 5PM this evening.  My observations 
and other reports of the day were that it moved around a good bit; flew off, 
returned, etc.  And was seen at nearby Lake Shenandoah.  


Will share photos later.  I believe our local Rockingham County records include 
just one previous sighting around the mid 1990's.  Great find by Zig and 
"crew"!!!
