[Va-bird] FOS Whip-poor-will, Buckingham County

I observed my first-of-season Whip-poor-will calling this morning at 6 a.m. at 
a reliable spot at the intersection of Rts. 650 and 628 here in eastern 
Buckingham County.  Normal first arrival is around April 1, but I've been away 
all week and this was my first chance to get out and listen.
