[Va-bird] FW: Continuing WV Black Rail

Hello  all

Penny Warren , Elaine Carwile & I ( Allen Larner ) just got back from
hearing the Black Rail in West Va. The Black Rail did not start until 18:31
& it called out several time for only a minute or two . We left around 19:00
with a life bird under our belts  .
