I heard a Brown Thrasher this morning singing away in my back yard and
finally found him at the very top of our tallest oak. He sang there for at
least a half hour. I am used to seeing them on the ground so I was
surprised to find him in the canopy. I'm glad he chose to stay high up.
There are three domestic cats that roam our woods. :-(
