[Va-bird] Forster's Terns and more at Germantown Lake

The big rain storm blew in some birds to Germantown Lake. Great birding this 
morning! A big surprise was seeing seven Forster's Terns resting on a large 
branch afloat in the middle of the lake. Also, FOY Eastern Wood Pewee
Was on time. Spotted last year one day earlier.
