I did it again; forgot my location. We are in Hampton. And I checked and it
isn't the first bobwhite for the yard. But it had been several years.

While having breakfast on the deck, my wife and I heard a Bobwhite calling. It
sounded to be just a couple houses over but we couldn't find it visually. I
think it is a first for the yard in the 12 years we have been here. Very
exciting to hear one of our favorite birds. Unfortunately, Bobwhites have been
few and far between for quite some time.
