For anyone attempting to relocate the bird, it was first found along the
fence on 643 on the right side of the road coming from the intersection
with 642. It then moved out into the grass, perching on the ground and on
rocks. It was last seen flying over the field towards the muddy pond at
around 9 AM.

A Say’s Phoebe was found this morning by Wes Teets (Highland County) on
Rt 643, 1/4 mile of 643 from 642 on right.
