Dear Virginia Birders,
Russ Taylor & I birded Possum Point Road and Cockpit Road in Dumfries, Prince
William County, Virginia, this morning. We had 15 species of warblers,
including Northern Waterthrush, Chat & Nashville, YB Cuckoo, both tanagers,
both orioles, Common Loon and a Common Merganser. Large flocks of Blue Jays
were flying over, northward. Here is a link to some photos:

The eBird list is below. 82 species in all. We did not record, but may has seen
a Least Flycatcher & Rose-breasted Grosbeak. Traffic was light along the road,
and the weather was perfect, so it was quite an enjoyable day to be out
birding.
