Good morning,

After seeing a female Yellowstart at our small backyard pond, we made a quick trip to Runnymede Park in the middle of Herndon. The eastern part of the park includes Sugarland Run.

While total number of species wasn't high, we saw good numbers of the warbler species. Finding male Scarlet Tanager and Baltimore Oriole in their summer plumage was a real treat.
