Five birders participated in this morning's walk despite gray, overcast
conditions, and a cold wind. We had our first of the fall sightings of BROWN
CREEPER and AMERICAN KESTREL. The 30 species count was suprisingly devoid
of thrushes, sparrows, finches, and blackbirds.
The walk meets at the visitors center every Sunday morning at 8 AM. All
are welcome.
The list follows.
