Hi All:
Park gates were open. Maintenance staff had to come in (unpaid) since public
had broken into padlocked porta potties and trashed them. Potties got moved
into maintenance area.
Was relatively birdy today with ice gone from the river. The bald eagles
were making whoopie on their nest on Conn Island.
