Our group of five tallied 41 species today. Highlights included a
parula at eye level, great egret and green heron. Also of interest,
an orchard oriole sipping nectar from a trumpet vine flower and a
red-wing mobbing a standing great blue heron. This Sunday walk meets
in
the visitors center courtyard at 8:00am and all are welcome. --
