A stalwart group of four worked hard to find 29 species on a very quiet
morning. We had good looks at two winter wrens. While the river was lower
today, it was still fast; we saw only one great blue which was watching the
waters from a tree. The bird walk leaves the Visitor's Center at 8:00 am on
Sundays. All are welcome. Plan on joining us in two weeks for Christmas Bird
Count. -- Marshall Rawson
