HI:
It was a beautiful day in Great Falls although mostly quiet. The highlight
was hearing an unmistakable Alder Flycatcher from high in the trees. No
louisiana waterthrush put in an appearance today however many juvenile birds of
various species were seen in the company of their parents. 2 large eaglets
were visible on the nest however very few great blue herons were seen in the
rookery.
All are welcome to our walk. We meet each Sunday at the Visitor Center parking
lot at 8 am.
