Visitors:
Phillip was by for a while. He noted the wind made biking difficult.
Weather:
High winds from the NW with very cool temperatures and snow flurries in the
mountains to the West. A November day.
Raptor Observations:
Angular flying in all the wind except for the BE's. Most straight out, but
later many were up high, especially the BWs. Monarchs out of the shotgun
were heading straight for the coast.

Non-raptor Observations:
I had limited time on the mountain today and the afternoon portion was
covered by Bill and Linda Miller, accomplished spotters and ID'ers, who
were kind enough to record for us.
Predictions:
More November weather. You don't have to be a chicken to have Layers.
