Not many. No Trail hikers that I remember.
Weather:
Beautiful! As usual I complain about the gnats and stinkbugs. The birds
were high but field marks were visible with binoculars.
Raptor Observations:
More vulture movement (locally) than we observed last week. The Raven
sightings seem to be increasing.
Adult BE 15:20 (sorry, Rexanne)
The Harrier was a male.
Non-raptor Observations:
Small bird list is due to the dilligence of Rexanne Bruno - thanks!
Towhee, WB Nuthatch, Chimney Swift, TV, Raven, Scarlet Tanager, Downy WP,
Blue Jay (local and migrating) Ruby-crowned kinglet, Yellow-rumped Warbler,
Catbird, Magnolia Warbler, Chipping Sparrow, BV, Red-headed WP, Carolina
Wren, Black-throated Green, Flicker, Philadelphia Vireo, RT, Pileated WP.
Also Monarch butterfly, dragonflies, Buck Moth
