Visitors:
Many from many states. No hikers. Carl from Lynchburg was a great help.
Weather:
Another blue day with warm temperatures in a cloudless sky. Winds variable
speed from the East, but most hawks were on the leeward side. Some decided
East wind was good for Broadwings, but Northwest were good for Accipiters.
Raptor Observations:
Most birds out and/or up. IBE @ 2:43.
Non-raptor Observations:
Increasing traffic of people, monarchs and Buckeyes as well as a new push
of dragonflies. OK stinkbugs too.
Predictions:
We're stuck in this pattern, perhaps.
