NW wind @ 3-4 all watch with clear to partly cloudy skies and warm temps
most of the watch
Raptor Observations:
Best day yet. Day dominated early by 18 OS & 8 BE followed by decent
numbers of BW & a smattering of other hawks. Would have to say the
highlight of the day was when I thought the 4 BV's that had been flying the
friendly skies of Harvey's Knob, turned out to be 3 AEBE & 1 IMMBE @ 11:30
hrs. Have never observed 4 BE's flying together @ Harvey's, magical sight.
9 BE total for the day, close to the record of 12 but no cigar.
Non-raptor Observations:
Over 100 Monarchs
Predictions:
Warm temps with sunny skies & more winds out of the NW & hopefully lots of
hawks!!!!
