Weather:
High cloud cover for all of watch with valley haze and fog. Winds from the
WSW at 3> diminishing to 1. Temperatures 15c > 18c then dropping to 16.5
as rain, and cloud cover closed watch.
Raptor Observations:
No raptors observed today.
Non-raptor Observations:
TVs up with as many as 19 in one kettle with several smaller groups in west
valley.
Predictions:
Rain showers with high temperatures in the low to mid-60s. Cloud cover
heavy and low.
