Weather:
Temp was fairly constant ranging early from 9 to 11C; the sky was blue with
only a few small clouds and visibility was clean and clear. The passing
front created WNW winds primarily ranging from 2 to 4 Beaufort which were
consistent.
Raptor Observations:
Imm. BEs at 10:07 and 10:10.
Imm. GE at 3:02.
Non-raptor Observations:
Not many on the parkway today except for four southbound Appalachian Trail
hikers.
