spare (5).
Raptor Observations:
Too windy for Vultures, but the Ravens were cavorting. 3 high and moving
Red Tails in addition to kiting locals - all spotted by David B.
Non-raptor Observations:
More traffic for some reason, but fewer hunters.
Predictions:
Less wind, fewer observers.......
