Weather:
A Nor'easter moving up the Atlantic seaboard produced heavy cloud cover and
moderate winds. The forecast was for NE winds but ridge level winds were
out of the NW. There was limited visibility out over the valleys.
Raptor Observations:
Very few migrant raptors - only 2 sharpies and 2 bald eagles tallied. A
resident redtail took full advantage of the wind and was frequently seen
hunting up and down the ridge. Several turkey vultures were also observed.
Non-raptor Observations:
Predictions:
Friday's forecast is for rain as the storm continues to move up the coast.
