Weather:
Light winds in the morning from the North East and then switching to South
East in the afternoon. Low temperature of 14.7 C in the morning and a high
temperature of 28 C for the day. Mostly blue skies but a few cloud in the
afternoon.
Raptor Observations:
Sharp-shinned Hawks were the most abundant today with 85. American
Kestrels had a steady migration throughout the day with a total of 76. The
evening Merlin flight is starting to pick up with 53 individuals observed
from 3 P.M. to 6 P.M. standard time.
Non-raptor Observations:
From 6 A.M. through 9 A.M. standard time 381 Northern Flickers were seenmigrating south over the platform. Gray Catbirds are increasing in number
