Weather:
Overcast conditions prevailed throughout the day today. Winds were somewhat
variable in intensity, varying from northeast to east-northeast.
Raptor Observations:
The movement today was somewhat improved over yesterday but still sporadic.
Much of the activity was in little spurts with little in the way of
sustained migration.
