Observers:
Weather:
Mostly sunny conditions were seen today with a good bit of cumulus cloud
cover especially in the afternoon. Winds were light to moderate northeast
to east-northeast.
Raptor Observations:
There was a very good movement of birds throughout much of the early part
of the day dropping off sharply in mid afternoon. Red-tails and
Red-shoulders had their best movement of the fall so far.
Non-raptor Observations:
There was continued good movement of several non-raptors species,
particularly robins, loons and scoters. Bluebirds had their largest
migration of the fall with dozens passing over the hawk watch.
