Several folks stopped by throughout the day.
Special thanks to Bob Jarecke and Bonnie Farmer visiting from Alexandria

Weather:
A gorgeous fall day with thin white wispy clouds in just the right places.
A bit breezy, with winds out of the NW 25-34km/h changing to W then SW,
diminishing to 12-20 km/h.
Temp: 19.5c (high)

Cloud cover: mostly sunny to partly cloudy then clearing to sunny with
almost no cloud coverage by 2:30 p.m.
Bright, crystal clear with no haze.
Observations:
Birds trickled through today. Red-tails continue moving through in smaller
numbers now. Several times we observed 5 and upwards at a time, circling
around and not in any hurry to push through. Others were more intent on
heading southward and sailed on across the gap without slowing down.
Northern Harrier - 11:41 a.m.
American Robin - good numbers pushing through
Cedar Waxwing - several large flocks 50+ each
Blue Jay - 16
Eastern Bluebird
Palm Warbler
Junco
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker
Predictions:
a bit warmer and sunny
