Observers:
Weather:
Clear, blue skies. 26.5*C. Light SE winds.
Raptor Observations:
Decided to stop after work to see what's flying with hopes of seeing a late
day eagle. No eagles, but two Osprey flew over, one flew in very close
through the gap below eye level! One Red-Tailed Hawk flew high overhead.
Two Kestrels came from over the ridge and were constantly dueling each
other as they crossed over. These 5 birds were seen between 3-4pm, and
nothing was observed from 4-5pm.
Non-raptor Observations:
Some Chimney Swifts high overhead. Two Ravens. Lots of Vultures, especially
Black Vultures usually in groups.
Predictions:
Warm and sunny.
