Weather:
By 7:15 a.m. EDST, approaching Afton Mountain from the west, there were
breaks in the clouds with bits of sunshine in the valley. At top of Afton
and eastward thick fog and light rain was the dominant factor. An hour
later rain and dense fog persists and it remains to be seen, although not
too optimistic, the persistent weather pattern will clear out in time today
to conduct a hawk watch. Tomorrow may be a better day. We'll keep fingers
crossed.
