What a difference a day can make. Clouds began moving in early Sunday
eveninbg as did the wing. A bit breezy for most of the day with westerly
wind, a 4 diminisming to 3 and then 2 on the Beaufort wind scale.
Temp: 14.5c > 22.0c;
Humidity: 67% dropping to 40%;
Bar.Pressure: holding steady at 1024;
Partly cloudly with diminishing by mid-day. Late afternoon there was a
thin layer of clouds that cleared out by sunset.
The thick haze from yesterday was pushed out with the westerly breeze
producing close to crystal clear sky over the western valley.
Raptor Observations:
Rose Thomas took advantage of the Federal holiday and hung out until 1:30
p.m. EST. She was joined by William Leigh. Unfortunately, not much flying
even with good winds.
