Weather:
Mostly sunny with plenty of high, thin clouds by 11am. Temp 33-43F. Light,
S breezes. Clear visibility.
Raptor Observations:
Two more Northern Harriers; one was a beautiful male flying right over the
watch. Plenty of other Red-tailed Hawks observed throughout the day, but
most were not in any mood to migrate southward, being content to just
circle and kite, circle and kite, circle and kite, etc.
