Observers:
Weather:
Hurricane Earl spun east of here.
During the afternoon, our winds abated, the temps climbed, the haze
cleared somewhat, and the clouds slowly lifted in the west.
Temps 26-32C.
Raptor Observations:
I hoped the hurricane east of us would send some migrants our way. Didn't
materialize.
Non-raptor Observations:
Lots of dragonflies. A fighter jet refueled in mid-air.
Predictions:
We're supposed to get cool air and NW winds. That would be outstanding.
