Weather:
Beautiful weather with W-NW winds starting out light in the AM freshening
to 10-15 mph in the afternoon. Clear skies except for the last 1 1/2 hrs
when some fair weather cumulus moved in.
Raptor Observations:
The best Broad-winged day of the season thus far. Largest kettle was 52
birds.
Non-raptor Observations:
A couple of Red-headed Woodpeckers graced the binos. The usually assortment
of species to be expected were seen.
Bald Eagles:
AD 14:13, 14:30
Sub-AD 14:13, 14:28, 16:21
Predictions:
Depends on how much rain, if any, eventually falls and when. The cloud
cover will enhance the number of birds seen.
