Observation end   time: 12:00:00
Total observation time: 3 hours

Official Counter:        Wes Hetrick

Observers:

Weather:
Low clouds and ground fog never cleared the ridges.  Wind was light and
highly variable, mostly from the East but moved around to South & West.
Temps were balmy from mid 50s to mid 60s.  No rain while I was there.

Raptor Observations:
None observed.

Non-raptor Observations:
Fog chased workers off local roadways so parking lot was clogged with big
trucks:  15 from Asplundh, 4 from Verizon.  They had a good rest during
two-hour lunch break.

Predictions:
Probably the same: rain & fog.  No birds?
