Official Counter: Joan Boudreau and Bob Abrams
Observers: Duane Schilling, Joe Kelly, Matt Orsie
Visitors:
Not many. Maybe 8 people all day, two of those set about changing the
weather station, which has been without its wind speed propeller all year.
And NO dogs.
Weather:
Arctic.
Raptor Observations:
We might have had our latest Osprey. It just isn't fun smashing into 4" of
ice when you spot a fish you want.
Non-raptor Observations:
19 Tundra Swans, 40 Double-crested Cormorants, 7 Ring-billed Gulls, eight
lines of Canada Geese totaling around 120 birds, 8 Common Loons.
Predictions:
Golden Eagles are in the pipeline. Maybe we'll get one......or two.
