Weather:
Light west wind until 12:30 then east - 100% cloud cover all day.

Raptor Observations:
One quick turn of the wind at 11am brought one of our two kettles of
numbers in the teens, then the wind went west again.  Previous to that
there were virtually no birds.  A later turn to east winds at 12:30
brought a slower response and mostly individuals of various species.
