Initially heavy ground fog (until noon) then low heavy overcast. Light
breeze out of the East. Temps mild (mid-60s).
Raptor Observations:
Very little movement (below the clouds).
Non-raptor Observations:
Traffic seemed heavier than usual ... very noisy perhaps because of the
saturated atmosphere? All highways were jammed on the way home ... took
the fun out of the day.
